The Business Change Manager will lead the business change management effort throughout the program/project to ensure that the line of business is ready to use the IT solution provided by the program/project.
Further the Business Change Manager will amongst others be responsible for:
a) Plan and lead project business change management activities (stakeholder management, communication, training, etc.) in accordance with clients project model
b) Lead and coach project change team, if there is a team
c) Train and coach line of business in their role in the change activities
d) Ensure full alignment with project manager, steering group and business lead on business change management
Client has chosen agile as working methodology and programs/ projects are run in accordance with the SAFe 4.0 model.
- Have drive and being self-propelled
- Very high Communication skills
- Strong on stakeholder mgmt.
- Fluent in english ( danish is not a must)
IT technology professionalism, is not a must, as the BCM is going to work across multiple Epics (projects) at the same time, so it is the process as BCM, which is important. Start:
