IT Operation Specialist

PROJECT INFORMATION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support highly available production environment by participating in a rotating on-call duty.
  • Resolve production level incidents.
  • Provide root cause analysis to problem management.
  • Take part in release roll-outs.
  • Understand the value chain.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical IT education.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Technical environment: Windows, Linux, Weblogic, Oracle DB, MSSQL, MQ.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
