We are looking for external consultant to cover SAP CRM maintenance (changes & troubleshooting).
This position will team up with our 1st / 2nd level SAP AMS support consultant to handle all change requests and help with problem management in area of SAP CRM. System is not heavily used and we do not have plans of any massive change / projects in this area therefore workload is expected up to 50%
with guaranteed 25% (aka stand-by). Mainly remote work with limited travel to GDC location in Warsaw and the Virum office in DK is expected (2-3 days per quarter).
Clarifying business requirements and writing them down in form of functional design document (how system should work to satisfy business requirements). Implementation of required changes in the system (both customizing / ABAP development). Working together to 1st / 2nd line of support on problem management (analysis/investigation).
- Knowledge of SAP CRM common processes and master data
- Experience in ABAP programming including ABAP
We guarantee 25% assignment in given period. Another 25% depends on number of changes and problems. In 2018 assignment is below 350h in total. Start:
