Natural Language Processing engineer

We are looking for a Natural Language Processing engineer.

The team is responsible for processing and conflating large amounts of geospatial data
acquired from many sources into a single, unified map.

You'll be responsible for building
tools for complex data analysis using Hadoop framework and writing components of
addressing layer of the map.

Successful candidates will have strong engineering skills and communication, and a passion for working with large amounts of data.

Responsibilities:
  • Build address parsers
  • Understand and debug complex problems involving analyzing and visualizing geospatial
data.
  • Build new features into the addressing layer of the map.
  • Understand and debug complex problems

Competence demands.

Must have:
Natural Language Processing experience
Object oriented programming

Preferred :
Experience building (address) parsers is a huge plus (compilers experience is also a plus)
Experience in building a Web service
Strong knowledge of Java

Start: as soon as found
Duration: long term assignment (starting with 6 months +)
Work location: Malmö area, Sweden
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
