Organisational Change Consultant (Prosci)

We are looking for a Senior Organisational Change Consultant (not ITIL) to assist our client in their implementation of ServiceNow.

Tasks:
  • Develop and execute organisational change management plan.

  • Develop a model for implementation of changes among the users including concept of involvement and training.

  • Implementation of ServiceNow in ServiceDesk and among key stakeholders.

  • Build and consolidate the team that maintains and develops ServiceNow after the project has ended.

  • Stakeholder Management which include mobilizing stakeholders and sponsors

  • Sparring with Project Manager

Requirements:
An experienced and hands-on consultant who is ready to develop a detailed organisational change management plan and start executing activities starting now.

The consultant is part of the team and functions as sparring partner to the project manager.

MUST HAVE experience with using following frameworks/tools:

  • Prosci (ADKAR)
  • Benefit Realisation Management (Benefit mapping)

Please notice that the workload is 24 hours/weekly

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Work location: Copenhagen area
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
