Process Consultant - Governance

Project Context:
A Service Catalogue needs to be established and published for Technology Information Security Office to clarify the borderline and create transparency in to the Information Security services provided by the client.

  • Describe Information Security services aligned with CIS 20 controls
  • Design and establish a Service Catalogue for Technology Information Security Office

  • Experience developing IT Service Catalogues preferably using IT Security frameworks such as CIS 20 or NIST.
  • Able to take partial responsibility for minor projects and to work in a structured way with great communication skills.
  • Takes an independent approach to ongoing project tasks, is proactive in terms of communicating possible issues, and takes the initiative in relation to relevant solutions.
  • Knowledge about IT process design is required and experience with Information Security terms and CIS 20 controls are qualifying.

  • Experience with IT process design (e.g. ITIL)
  • Service Catalogue design
  • IT security frameworks
  • Structured and systematic
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent English - verbal and writing
