Incident Manager

Our client within Fintech needs a System Engineer / Incident Manager.

For this position the following experience is required:
  • Coordinating and driving incidents of different severities
  • Understanding the impact of incidents to properly communicate how the business is affected
  • Hosting postmortems to learn from incidents and prevent future occurrences
  • Ensuring high quality reporting is achieved by the responsible teams
  • Participating in an on-call duty rotation schedule on perfect weeks

They provide 24/7 incident coordination and readiness, guided by the principle of "Customer before Cause", minimizing impact. The team automates and smooothifys the processes to engage with customers quickly and effectively, thereby building trust. They host action-biased learning experiences that focus on outcome.
