ABOUT PROJECT:
As Product Owner in Identity Governance & Administration, you will have responsibility for ensuring product features and planned deliveries are in line with the overall strategy and roadmap for the IdM and PAM solutions. You will be defining and prioritizing features and related tasks, coordinating delivery and accepting the results delivered by the team. You will be responsible for the whole feature lifecycle, starting with gathering and analyzing feature requests till ensuring releases are tested, documented, scheduled and in accordance with change management process.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaingin high-level product strategy and roadmap for IdM and PAM

• Planning, overseeing and ensuring deliveries

• Create detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

• Cooperation with the vendors including contracts and communication

• Active follow up on the backlog in close collaboration with the scrum master

• Sparring with the team on solutions, design and actual cases and tasks

• Responsible for the finance for the solutions, both development tasks and maintenance tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor or a master’s degree or similar education in relevant area

• Experience with IdM, PAM, compliance or other relevant areas is an advantage

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Creative thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• A good economical overview

• Certification as SAFe Product Owner or the eager to obtain it when you come onboard

• Being able to translate strategy into concrete actions and behavior

• With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.

• Experience with project management is a plus but not a must
